Gores Holdings II, a blank check company formed by The Gores Group, raised $375 million by offering 37.5 million shares at $10. Gores Holdings II plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GSHTU. Deutsche Bank acted as a lead manager on the deal.
The Gores Group is following up its successful blank check company Gores Holding I, which acquired Hostess in 2016 and now trades under the symbol TWNK on the Nasdaq.
