Ichor Holdings, which provides fluid delivery subsystems for semiconductor capital equipment OEMs, raised $53 million by offering 5.9 million shares at $9, below the range of $12 to $14. Ichor Holdings plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ICHR. Deutsche Bank and Stifel acted as lead managers on the deal.
