Quantenna Communications, a fabless designer of next-generation chipsets for high-speed Wi-Fi networks, raised $107 million by offering 6.7 million shares at $16, the high end of the range of $14 to $16. Quantenna Communications plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol QTNA. Morgan Stanley, Barclays and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
