GTY Technology Holdings, a blank check company formed by the former CEOs of Accenture and EMC to acquire a technology business, raised $480 million by offering 48 million shares at $10. The company originally planned to raise $300 million, but increased its deal size to $400 million last week. GTY Technology Holdings plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GTYHU. Citi acted as a lead manager on the deal.
