Advanced Disposal Services, a vertically integrated provider of solid waste collection and disposal services, raised $347 million by offering 19.3 million shares at $18, the low end of the range of $18 to $21. Advanced Disposal Services plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ADSW. Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Barclays, UBS Investment Bank, BofA Merrill Lynch, Macquarie Capital, Morgan Stanley and Stifel acted as lead managers on the deal.
