The Trade Desk, which provides ad agencies with a programmatic platform for digital ads, raised $84 million by offering 4.67 million shares at $18, the high end of the upwardly revised range of $16 to $18. It originally filed to price its shares at a range of $14 to $16. The Trade Desk plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol TTD. Citi, Jefferies and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
