LINE, which is a leading Japanese mobile messaging application being carved out of Naver, raised $1.1 billion by offering 35 million shares at ¥3,300 ($32.84), the top of the upwardly revised ¥2,900 to ¥3,300 range. LINE plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol LN and on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under the symbol 3938. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Nomura Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
