OrthoPediatrics, which sells orthopedic implants designed for children, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering.
The Warsaw, IN-based company was founded in 2007 and booked $33 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2016. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol KIDS. OrthoPediatrics filed confidentially on March 14, 2016. Piper Jaffray and Stifel are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
