JELD-WEN Holding, a global manufacturer of windows, doors and treated composite trim and panels, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. However, we estimate that the IPO could raise $500 million.

The Charlotte, NC-based company was founded in 1960 and booked $3.4 billion in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2016. Barclays, Citi, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
