Andina Acquisition Corp II, a blank check company formed to acquire South American businesses, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $40 million in an initial public offering.
The New York, NY-based company, which was founded in 2015, plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ANACQ.RC. Andina Acquisition Corp II initially filed confidentially on September 4, 2015. EarlyBird Capital is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
