At Home Group, which operates 94 home decor stores in the South and Midwest, filed on Friday with the SEC for an initial public offering that we estimate could raise up to $200 million.
The Plano, TX-based company, which was founded in 1979 and booked $531 million in sales for the 12 months ended April 30, 2015, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol HOME. At Home Group initially filed confidentially on July 8, 2015. BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and Morgan Stanley are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
