Yulong Eco-Materials, a Chinese producer of fly-ash bricks and concrete used in construction, raised $14 million by offering 2.3 million shares at $6.25, the low end of the range of $6.25 to $7.25. Yulong Eco-Materials plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol YECO. Yulong Eco-Materials initially filed confidentially on 5/9/2014. Axiom Capital Management acted as the lead manager on the deal.
