AppFolio, which provides a cloud-based platform for managing rental properties and legal cases, raised $74 million by offering 6.2 million shares at $12, at the low end of the range of $12 to $14. Existing investor IGSB planned to buy $20 million on the IPO. AppFolio plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol APPF. AppFolio initially filed confidentially on 4/17/2015. Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
