Fogo de Chão, which operates 37 Brazilian steakhouses offering high-quality, fire-roasted meats, raised $88 million by offering 4.4 million shares at $20, above the $16 to $18 range. Fogo de Chão will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol FOGO. Jefferies and J.P. Morgan acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
