Enviva Partners LP, a Riverstone/Carlyle-backed supplier of utility-grade wood pellets, raised $200 million by offering 10 million shares at $20, the midpoint of the $19-$21 range. At its offer price, Enviva Partners LP commands a market cap of $476 million and an enterprise value of $594 million. Enviva Partners will list on the NYSE under the symbol EVA. Barclays, Goldman Sachs, RBC Capital Markets and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
