Fogo de Chão, a Brazilian steakhouse chain with all-you-can-eat tableside service, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering.
The Dallas, TX-based company, which was founded in 1979 and booked $262 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 28, 2014, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol FOGO. Fogo de Chão initially filed confidentially on December 23, 2014. Jefferies and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
