GoDaddy, which is leading provider of web registration and hosting services with 59 million domains, raised $460 million by offering 23 million shares (all primary) at $20, above the range of $17 to $19. The company originally planned to offer 22 million shares. GoDaddy plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol GDDY. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citi, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
