Summit Materials, a Blackstone-backed provider of aggregates, concrete and asphalt paving services, raised $400 million by offering 22.2 million shares (all primary) at $18, the midpoint of the range of $17 to $19. Summit Materials plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol SUM. Summit Materials initially filed confidentially on 10/9/2014. Citi, Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
