MaxPoint Interactive prices IPO at $11.50, midpoint of the range

MaxPoint Interactive, which provides a digital ad automation platform for national brands that runs targeted ads to drive in-store sales, raised $75 million by pricing its 6.5 million share IPO (all primary) at $11.50, the midpoint of the range. At $11.50, MaxPoint commands a market cap of $308 million and an enterprise value of $273 million. MaxPoint will list on the NYSE under the symbol MXPT. Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Pacific Crest were the joint bookrunners on the deal.
