WebMD Health Holdings, a series of websites providing health information services to consumers, physicians and healthcare professionals, announced Wednesday morning that it will offer 6.9 million shares at a range of $13.50-$15.50. Assuming the stock prices at the midpoint, the company will have an initial market capitalization of $798 million. Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs will be the underwriters on the deal. Timing has yet to be released.
