Columbia Pipeline Partners LP, an MLP with gas pipelines and storage systems in the Marcellus and Utica shales, raised $1.1 billion by offering 46.8 million shares at $23, above the range of $19 to $21. The company had originally planned to sell 40 million shares. Columbia Pipeline Partners plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CPPL. Barclays, Citi, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
