Box, which provides enterprises with a cloud-based storage and collaboration platform, raised $175 million by offering 12.5 million shares at $14, above the range of $11 to $13. Box plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BOX. Box initially filed confidentially on 1/3/2014. Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
