Greek shipping company DryShips files for IPO

DryShips, a Greek drybulk shipping company that operates one Capesize carrier and five Panamax vessels, filed for an IPO on Thursday. The company plans to offer 7.1 million ADS's within a proposed range of $16 to $18, resulting in an estimated market cap of $406 million. Cantor Fitzgerald is the lead manager on the deal. The company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the ticker DRYS.
