Next week's $150 million IPO from data management SaaS provider Box (BOX) could open the door for other enterprise software IPOs in the pipeline. While the tech selloff in early 2014 saw a large reset on valuations and delayed many IPO timeframes (e.g. Box), 2014 still saw some successful enterprise SaaS IPOs, including New Relic (NEWR), Zendesk (ZEN) and Hubspot (HUBS). Jasper could be the first "Internet of Things" IPO, and Atlassian was last valued at over $3 billion. Recent cybersecurity IPOs have performed well, such as FireEye (FEYE; 62%) and CyberArk, (CYBR; +120%), and increased data breaches have put security at the top of the list for many enterprises. This backdrop could make security a key theme for 2015 tech IPOs (Cloudflare, Lookout, Veracode).
