National Commerce, a commercial bank with 14 offices in Alabama and Florida and $1.1 billion of assets, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $50 million in an initial public offering.
The 813 Shades Creek Parkway, AL-based company, which was founded in 2004 and booked $29 million in net interest and noninterest income for the 12 months ended September 30, 2014, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol NCOM. Keefe Bruyette Woods is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
