Black Knight Financial Services, a spinoff of Fidelity National Financial's mortgage data and origination automation solutions, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
The Jacksonville, FL-based company, which was founded in 2007 and booked $809 million in pro forma sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2013, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BKFS. No underwriters or pricing terms were disclosed.
