The Habit Restaurants, a top-rated operator of 99 fast casual burger restaurants, mostly in California, raised $90 million by offering 5 million shares at $18, above the $14-$16 range. At $18, the company commands a market cap of $455 million. The Habit Restaurants will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol HABT. Piper Jaffray, Baird, Wells Fargo Securities and Raymond James acted as lead managers on the deal.
