OM Asset Management, the US asset management arm of Old Mutual with $215 billion in AUM, raised $308 million by offering 22 million shares (all sold by the parent) at $14, below the range of $15 to $17. OM Asset Management plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol OMAM. BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Citi and Credit Suisse acted as bookrunners on the deal.
