Israel Chemicals, a potash and fertilizer producer spun off of Israel Corporation, raised $421 million by offering 60.2 million shares at $7. Israel Chemicals plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ICL. Israel Chemicals initially filed confidentially on 3/26/2014. Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
