Green Bancorp, a Texas bank with 12 branches and $1.8 billion in assets in the Houston, Dallas and Austin MSAs, raised $70 million by offering 4.7 million shares at $15, the low end of the $15-$17 range. At its offer price, Green Bancorp has a fully diluted market cap of $399 million. Green Bancorp will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol GNBC. Sandler O'Neill and Jefferies & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
