Spark Energy, a natural gas and electricity retailer primarily in Illinois and California, raised $54 million by offering 3.0 million shares at $18, below the $19 to $21 range. Spark Energy will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol SPKE. Baird and Stifel acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
