Orion Engineered Carbons prices IPO at $18, well below the range

Orion Engineered Carbons, a global producer of the chemical additive carbon black used in industrial rubber, raised $351 million by offering 19.5 million shares (all secondary) at $18, well below the range of $21 to $24. The company originally planned to sell 18 million shares. Orion Engineered Carbons plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol OEC. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, UBS Investment Bank, Barclays and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
