TerraForm Power, a spinoff of SunEdison that owns contracted solar generation assets, raised $502 million by offering 20.1 million shares at $25, the high end of the revised range of $23 to $25. The company had originally planned to price at $19-21. TerraForm Power plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol TERP.Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Citi, JPMorgan and Macquarie acted as lead managers on the deal.
