CareDx prices downsized IPO at $10, well below the range

CareDx, which sells molecular diagnostic tests to monitor heart transplants, raised $40 million in a downsized IPO by offering 4.0 million shares at $10, well below the range of $15 to $17. The company originally planned to raise $50 million by offering 3.1 million shares. CareDx will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol CDNA. CareDx initially filed confidentially on 3/31/2014. Piper Jaffray and Leerink Partners acted as lead managers on the deal.
