OM Asset Management, the asset management arm of London-based insurer Old Mutual with over $200 billion in AUM, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. The London, United Kingdom-based company, which was founded in 1980 and booked $542 million in economic net revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2014, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol OMAM. BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Citi and Credit Suisse are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
