TCP International Holdings, which designs and manufactures energy efficient LED and CFL lighting solutions, raised $79 million by offering 7.1 million shares at $11, well below the $13 to $15 range. TCP International plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol TCPI. Deutsche Bank and Piper Jaffray acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
