VTTI Energy Partners LP, a limited partnership formed by VTTI to own refined product and crude oil terminals, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $420 million in an initial public offering. The London, United Kingdom-based company, which was formed in 2014 and booked $302 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2014, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol VTTI. It initially filed confidentially on April 17, 2014. Citi and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
