Parnell Pharmaceuticals, an Australian maker of osteoarthritis and reproductive drugs for dogs, horses and cows, raised $50 million by offering 5.0 million shares at the revised $10 IPO price. The company had originally filed to offer 3.6 million shares at $17 to $19 before revising terms this morning. Parnell Pharmaceuticals will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol PARN. Jefferies andPiper Jaffray acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
