Viper Energy Partners LP, a limited partnership backed by Diamondback Energy that owns interests in oil and gas properties, raised $130 million by offering 5 million shares at $26, above the range of $19 to $21. Funds managed by Wexford, a major shareholder in Diamondback, purchased 500,000 shares (10% of the offering). Viper Energy Partners LP plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol VNOM. Barclays, Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo Securities were the bookrunners on the deal.
