Radius Health, which is developing treatments to restore bone density in osteoporosis patients, raised $52 million by offering 6.5 million shares at $8, the revised IPO price. The company originally filed to offer 5.0 million shares at $14 to $16 per share before postponing in early May. Radius Health will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol RDUS. Jefferies and Cowen & Company acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
