Opus Bank, a California-chartered regional commercial bank, raised $154 million in a downsized IPO by offering 5.1 million shares at $30, below the range of $31 to $34. Opus Bank plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol OPB. J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Sandler O'Neill and Keefe Bruyette Woods acted as lead managers on the deal.
