City Office REIT, a REIT formed to acquire and operate office properties in the US, raised $73 million by offering 5.8 million shares at $12.50, below the range of $14.00 to $16.00. City Office REIT plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CIO. City Office REIT initially filed confidentially on 12/6/2013. Janney Montgomery Scott, Wunderlich Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
