Farmland Partners prices downsized IPO at $14, the low end of the range

Farmland Partners, an internally managed REIT that owns farmland properties in North America, raised $53 million in a downsized IPO by offering 3.8 million shares at $14, the low end of the range of $14 to $16. Farmland Partners plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol FPI. Farmland Partners initially filed confidentially on 12/3/2013. Baird, BMO Capital Markets, Janney Montgomery Scott acted as lead managers on the deal.
