Tarena International, China's largest provider of IT professional education with 92 learning centers, raised $138 million by offering 15.3 million ADSs at $9, the midpoint of the $8 to $10 range. Tarena International will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol TEDU. Tarena International initially filed confidentially on November 26, 2013. Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
