Aerohive Networks, which offers controller-less wireless networking solutions to enterprises, raised $75 million by offering 7.5 million shares at $10, the midpoint of the range of $9 to $11. Aerohive Networks plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol HIVE. Aerohive Networks initially filed confidentially on 9/6/2013. Goldman Sachs and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
