A10 Networks prices IPO at $15, the high end of the range

A10 Networks, which provides software-based appliances that optimize data center performance, raised $188 million by offering 12.5 million shares at $15, the high end of the range of $13 to $15. A10 Networks plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ATEN. Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Market acted as lead managers on the deal.
