Moelis & Company, a global independent investment bank and financial advisor, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. The New York, NY-based company, which was founded in 2007 and booked $411 million in sales for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol MC. Moelis & Company initially filed confidentially on January 17, 2014. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
