Chinese IT educator Tarena International files for a $100 million IPO

Tarena International, China's largest provider of IT professional education, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. The Beijing, China-based company, which was founded in 2002 and booked $93 million in sales for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol TEDU. Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
