Nord Anglia Education, one of the world's leading operators of K-12 private schools, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $300 million in an initial public offering. The Hong Kong-based company, which was founded in 1972 and booked $370 million in sales for the 12 months ended November 30, 2013, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol NORD. Nord Anglia Education initially filed confidentially on December 4, 2013. Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
