Continental Building Products, which manufactures and sells drywall in the eastern US and Canada, raised $165 million by offering 11.8 million shares at $14, below the range of $16 to $18. Continental Building Products plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CBPX. The company initially filed confidentially on November 25, 2013. Citi, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
